The hotel is located right in the center of this city and is just a few steps away from the Mix-C mall, making it very convenient for shopping. The facilities of this hotel are also impressive, particularly the pool area and gym, which are both well-maintained. The staff here are friendly and accommodating, helping me out with transportation during my stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided at the hotel offered a wide variety of options and was quite satisfying.

Enjoyed a great xmas stay. The spa was amazing, great sauna and jacuzzi. Also loved the fantastic restaurants and the helpful staff. Location is very central and connected to a large mall to shop and have fun.

Not enough information in English about the facilities, and some locals speak very little. The pool has a funny rule, only with swim cap. But overall it was a great experience.

The room was spacious with a nice design, providing a comfortable atmosphere for both work and sleep. The service was quick and efficient, with friendly staff attending to our needs. The breakfast offered a variety of international food options, catering to different tastes. The view from the lobby and corner room was fantastic, showcasing the bustling cityscape.

The swimming policy required guests to wear a swimming hat, which was an inconvenience for those on a business trip or without a hat.

The Spa & wellness Centre provided a calming oasis for me, and the indoor swimming pool was a refreshing break from the daily hustle and bustle. The room itself was well-decorated, very spacious, and had exclusive amenities, making my stay luxurious.

The lifts were a bit difficult to navigate initially, but I was able to figure them out soon enough. this minor issue didn't affect my overall experience in the hotel.

Had a business trip and stayed at a supposedly 5-star hotel. Buffet breakfast had a variety of dishes to choose from and loved the fresh juice. Location was perfect, located in the heart of the city and near high-end malls. I also enjoyed the cozy and spacious room.

Check-in was a hassle and the elevators were confusing. One of the rooms had a strong unpleasant smell which we had to switch.

Plus, the hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to visit all the hotspots and shopping areas.

The service lacked a bit of attention and the staff didn't speak much English, which made it difficult to communicate sometimes. we were disappointed to find out that we had to purchase swimming hats and that there was no option to rent them.
